How can I buy an item from Posh Choice?
Posh Choice products can be purchased through our website and through our social media channels.

Can I order from Posh Choice without creating an account (Guest Checkout)?
To place an order, Posh Choice requires you to create an account including your address and contact number which adds to your convenience when placing future orders.

Do you provide a ‘Cash on Delivery’ (COD) option?
Yes, Posh Choice provides a ‘Cash on Delivery’ (COD) option.

What kind of payment methods does Posh Choice accept?
‘Cash on Delivery’ (COD), credit or debit card on delivery, or online payment.

Are my transactions & banking details secure on Posh Choice?
Yes, we are integrated with Credimax and Benefit secure payment gateways.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, products can be returned within 7 days of purchase given that all products are in perfect condition and are still in their original packaging.

Can you arrange return pick up?
Yes, charges to be borne by the customer.

What delivery options do you provide?
Products can be delivered to your account’s shipping address. Alternatively, Posh Choice can deliver gifts to an alternate address, given that the payment is made online. For special requests regarding gift wrapping, contact us on customerservice@poshchoice.com.

How long does it take to deliver?
Posh Choice commits to deliver all orders by the following working day.

Do you charge for delivery?
Posh Choice currently charges a nominal rate of BD 1.5 for delivery all across Bahrain regardless of the number of products ordered.
